The tuition cost at Illinois College for international students is $37,976  (INR 32,90,286). The tuition cost includes textbooks as well. The cost of the activity and technology is $700 (60,648). A $2,000 (INR 1,73,282) health insurance plan is also necessary for a full year of coverage. Yes, pilots can complete their flying hours abroad, but they must meet DGCA requirements to obtain an Indian CPL. The foreign training school must be approved by ICAO, and candidates must convert their hours to DGCA standards.

To get a DGCA CPL, pilots must pass the DGCA theory exams, clear the RTR (Aero) exam, and undergo a DGCA medical test before applying for license conversion.

Undergraduate Students

  • Fall and spring semesters allow students to work up to 20 hours a week.
  • Students are permitted to work up to 40 hours per week when SDSU is on vacation.
