Based on the NYC Stern Employment report 2024, 94.3% of the Stern MBA graduates received a job offer by 3 months, post-graduation, with an average base salary of USD 168,182 (INR 1.43 Cr) and an average signing bonus of USD 38,192 (INR 32.65 L).

According to the NYC Stern Employment report 2023-24, 94.3% of the Stern MBA graduates received job offer by 3 months, post-graduation with an average base salary of USD 168,182 (INR 1.43 Cr) and an average signing bonus of USD 38,192 (INR 32.65 L).
These graduates were placed at the top companies like McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, Strategy&, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Amazon, Bain and Co. etc. The top industries Stern MBA graduates got the placements are Consulting, Financial Services, and Healthcare, with Consulting industry offering the highest average packages USD 178,967 (INR 1.53 Cr).

Graduates who complete a BTech in Industrial Engineering from RWTH in Germany can easily get a job after the degree. The Career Center at the university prepares graduates for the job market and actively supports them with their first steps in the professional world. Many companies visited RWTH to hire highly qualified employees. Therefore, graduates will surely get job opportunities from top employers once they complete their degree.

Yes, NYU Stern does conduct an interview as part of their admissions process for an MBA. Interviews are conducted by the admissions committee and by invitation only2. They tend to be around 30 minutes long and virtual. The interview is to ascertain your motivations and fit for the programme as well as your general potential as a future leader

Yes, as part of the NYU Stern MBA application process, it is required to take a standardized entrance test which can be GMAT of GRE.

For the MBA Class 2026, Stern received 4,550 applications, out of which 1,141 students were rolled out an offer letter, which means the NYC MBA placement rate 2023 was 25% that makes this B-School a little competitive.
