Yes, an average Indian student can get admission to Mount Aloysius CollegeThe acceptance rate of the college is 92% and it is a test optional college so students don't have to submit their standardized test scores i.e. ACT or SAT. However if scores are submitted by the students they can enhance the students academic profile. Being a non native English speaker International student, Indians have to submit test scores of English proficiency exams like TOEFL or IELTS. These exams require around one week to a month for preparation.

Indian students applying for universities abroad are not eligible for SAT fee waiver. However, US citizen students studying in 11th and 12th grades, in or out of US territories are eligible for a SAT Fee Waiver.
SAT Subject Test fee waivers are available only for US citizen students studying in grades 9-12. SAT Subject Tests are not conducted for in India anymore, hence they are not applicable for Indian applicants.
Note: Indian students who are applying for Indian universities are eligible to apply for SAT exam fee waiver based on their family incomes.
