No, IELTS is not mandatory to study at the Sheffield Hallam Uni. It also accepts several other English language tests. A valid score in either the TOEFL-iBT, Pearson PTE, or Duolingo English test is given equal importance as IELTS.

The students are required to submit the application before the required deadline in September every year. Sheffield Hallam University offers a range of distance learning courses to international students who cannot study on campus. The students will have the benefit of studying in a place of their choosing and they can fit their schedule based on their personal life tasks. Students who have chosen the distance learning courses are not required to fulfill the campus attendance requirement.

This accreditation is known for ensuring that the academics are of higher standar, and the school focuses on teaching, research, curriculum, and learning success. 

The AACSB had announced that the Sheffield Business School will be fully accredited as a part of Sheffield Hallam University making it known as one of the best business schools globally. 

International applicants who are applying for courses for Sep intake will need to submit application fee for UG and PG courses. Students need to pay CAS deposit of GBP 5,000 (INR 6.15 Lakhs) once they receive their Confirmation of Acceptance for Study from university.
