Both UBC and BCIT are top choices for Computer Science in Canada. As to which is better between them depends on what a student's budget and interests. Students interested in a more reputed degree and better networking opportunities, should ideally opt for UBC.
For a more affordable CS degree and a decent future career in the IT industry, BCIT is perfectly fine.

BCIT British Columbia acceptance rate is 67%. It can be said that BCIT is a not a very competitive institute to get in, as it admits more than half of the applicants. Once an applicant fulfills the BCIT admission requirements, ie; competitive grades, standardized test scores, English language requirements, as well as relevant documents, they are most likely to get admission in the university. However, students must not take this lightly and apply to British Columbia Institute of Technology within the deadlines to get enrolled as student.

According to one of the former students of Illinois Springfield University, he loved his experience at the University of Illinois Springfield. he did the online MS in Computer Science program. he got a chance to learn from a professor who really pushed him past his limits. The tuition cost is very reasonable. He completed the entire program for around USD 10,000 (INR 8,30,840). Since graduating from UIS, his salary has increased by over 50% (seriously). The MS degree helped him, and it took some time to increase it by 50%+.
*USD/INR = 83.08
