The Subject is the core component of a sentence in English language. It is the 'thing' that is being talked about or described in the sentence. The subject can be the noun, pronoun, or noun phrase that performs the action of the verb. For example: The girl is eating her food: The subject here is the 'girl' as she is the one who is doing the action, that is, eating her food.

No, a candidate cannot apply for more than one subject in the CSIR NET exam. Candidates can only apply for one subject as per the exam cycle.

Candidates declared eligible for registration and choice filling for online counselling by ICAR will only be considered for allocation subject and the Agricultural University. The schedule for online counselling is notified separately on the ICAR website, after the declaration of result. The admission and scholarship will be granted only when the candidate wish to get admission through counselling process, which is held by ICAR AIEEA and shall be awarded only after the completion of Online Counseling.
