Both institutes are unique in their own way. Fees for jamnalal bajaj is very less while campus infrastructure and facilities I.e. student life is better at sibm Pune. Hence it is individual's choice to which institute he wants to join.

No, minimum eligibility criteria for admission in SIBM is 50% which you don't have so there are no chances for you in SIBM.

You can pursue anything you wish, IIMs have students from all the streams ranging from BBA to engineering to Medical to Arts. So there is no link between course you pursue in graduation and post graduation.
