The first step is to give the SNAP Test post which if you clear the cut off you will be called for an interview in which you have to go through the GE PIWAT process and after that, if you are selected you will be sent out your call letter and you shall be eligible for paying fees and securing a seat in the esteemed institute. You first need to give SNAP exam. And score marks enough to get qualify for GD-PI processes. The admission for MBA course will be decided on your combined score of SNAP and GD-PI processes.

That is not true. SIBM had no management seats. Admission is only on merit bases. You must appear for a SNAP test and go through the GEPIWAT process to secure a seat.

Your profile score is not considered for SIBM,Pune admissions. But it should definitely be above 50% to be eligible for SNAP entrance exam. Also, your graduation aggregate percentages may considered in your overall profile assessment during placement or interviews for recruitment. So, it it always advisable to keep your percentage high enough.

6 months of work experience is a very short work experience and is generally not regarded as one during campus placement. However it will give you things to talk about in interview for campus placement.
