SCMHRD definitely has a better pedigree when it comes to HR specialization. Its name in HR comes amongst the top 5 institutes in the country. Having said that, 100 % placements are achieved for all specializations on campus

SCMHRD is anyday better than SIBM for HR profile. Freshers have good scope in HR and lot of good companies look at freshers during hiring. You should just have good profile and marks throughout and a good performance in college - the scope is very high then.

It is more than enough to prepare for SNAP. Difficulty level of SNAP changes each year as there is no fixed pattern of questions. Make sure you also prepare general knowledge questions as well. There is separate section for GK questions in SNAP.

Your profile looks good to get admission in snap provided you clear the cutoff. So you can prepare and clear cat and snap next year

Since you have mentioned that you are interested in doing business, then the course chosen by you could be of some help. Ideally you should work for a couple of years in the area in which you want to set up business and try to learn the practical tricks of the trade before setting up your own business.
