Yes, for most of the colleges it is compulsory like for Delhi University it is compulsory. But if you have maths then it is best because for taxation, maths will be required.

To become a custom officer, one need not study tax courses as the recruitment is done by govt through civil services or by SSC and both have graduation in any field as minimum educational qualification. Both exams are highly competitive and requires dedication and hard work to get selected.

As you are a B.Com graduate hence you are eligible to apply for LLB. The eligibility criteria is as under-
1. You should have a BA / B.Sc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
2. There is also a 2% Weightage for the post graduate degree holders.
For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview.
The course duration of LLB law course is of three years.

Tax calculation under GST has been explained with examples. Calculation of the tax charged on goods in the name of Start Free GST Software Trial &Training. The July 1st deadline for GST implementation is fast approaching, but there are still doubts around the calculation of payment of tax, input tax credit, refund and TDS to be deducted under GST. We will try to explain these calculations and changes to be made for the calculation with few examples.
