Step 2 When you click on that link, a window will open, where you need to fill your complete details. Step 3 After filling the complete details carefully, click on the Submit button. Step 4 When you did that a window will where you have to upload your photograph and signature. Step 5 After completing that you have to pay application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking. Step 6 At the last take a print out of the CSIR NET application for the further use. Yes, NET qualification will help you to apply for Ph.D. from universities. UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are organized for the selection of candidate for assist professor and junior research fellows.
