Qualification Eligibility for NET:
Qualifying Examination: Masters or equivalent degree from Universities/Institutions recognised by UGC.
Subjects: The qualifying examination must be passed in subjects like humanities (including languages) and social Science, computer Science & applications, electronic Science, etc.
Minimum Marks: The percentage of marks required in the qualifying examination is 55% (50% marks in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD categories).
Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Master's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.

You can only apply for NET examination if you got more than 60% in your MBA and if the test criteria is completed, you will be eligible for NET examination.

For the NET exam, you need to have cleared all your backs. You should have obtained minimum qualifying marks with aggregate 55% marks (general) and 50% (others) in Master's degree.

No, it is not neccessary that only CBSE students can apply for NET exam.
