Currently, NO The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has ruled that D.El.Ed. must be pursued in regular mode for freshers. However, In-service teachers (already working in schools) may be allowed to pursue distance/online D.El.Ed. through institutions like IGNOU, NIOS, etc.
For fresh students only a full-time, classroom-based courses is valid for teaching eligibility. So, if you are starting out then go for a regular or NCTE-approved institute.

The last date to apply for the B.Ed CET exam depends on which specific exam you are referring to, as different states and universities have their own deadlines. For example, the MAH B.Ed CET 2025 appliaction period was from December 28, 2024 to Feburary 28, 2025 while the MAH B.A. B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed CET closed on June 23, 2025. Other states like UP, Bihar, and Rajasthan have different deadlines, usually between Feburary and June.
B.Ed CET exams are not conducted in a single college. Instead, they are held at various designated test centres across the state, such as Ahmednagar, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Navi Mumbai for Maharashtra. After t

Yes, you can do a B.Ed course from BROU while working as a constable. Many universities, including open and distance learning institutions, allow working professionals to pursue B.Ed through part-time or distance mode. Just make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and can manage your job along with the course requirements. This option is popular among those already working in government jobs.

I am not from Kerala but after doing some research over this I can answer you that.
In Kerala, subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science have good teaching scope, especially in schools and coaching centers. After +2 Science, pursue B.Sc. in your preferred subject followed by B.Ed. To become a teacher, clear KTET or SET for schools, and NET for college-level teaching. Demand is high for Science subjects.

Candidates can check below the process to apply for the NTA UGC NET application form for the June session Visit at- ugcnet.nta.nic.in, Click on the 'Application form' link, mentioned at the bottom of the home page, Click on the 'New Registration', Enter the required details and complete the registration, Fill out the complete online form, Upload scanned pictures of passport size photo (10-200 kb) and signature (10-50 kb). Both images should be in JPEG format, Pay the application fee (Gen - INR 1150; OBC/EWS - INR 600; SC/ST/PwD/ Transgender - INR 325), Save and submit the form, Download the confirmation page.

The NTA is expected to release the UGC NET notification in April 2026. It will be announced in the form of PDF at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Along with it, application link will also be activated.

The NTA released the UGC NET 2025 December session application form along with the notification 2025 on October 7, 2025. It is advised to the candidates to fill out the correct details with utmost care in the application form. Any request for change in the particulars after the closure of the correction period will not be considered by NTA under any circumstances. Corrections sent by the candidate through Post/ Fax/WhatsApp/Email/by hand will not be entertained by NTA.

The authority will soon release the UGC NET June session application form 2026 on the official portal at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The link will be activated online and candidates will be able to fill the form from the direct link provided here also on this page once it is announced.
