Yes, you are eligible for the CSIR NET exam. Eligibility Criteria for CSIR NET:
BS-4 Years, M.Sc. BE/B.Tech, Integrated BSMS B.Pharma MBBS or an Equivalent Degree. For General and OBC candidates, 55 percent marks are needed, and for SC, ST, and PWD candidates, a minimum of 50 percent marks are needed. A Student must be an Indian citizen. Age: For JRF, the students must be not more than 28 years as of July 1, 2022. Relaxation in age limit for CSIR NET:
For SC, ST, PWD, and Female: 5 years
For OBC: 3 years. There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professorship or Lectureship. I hope this will help you.

I am living in Rajasthan. Here in Rajasthan, you have to get good grades in your PTET exam. Admission to a government college will decide by your PTET exam merit list.

The difference between UGC NET and CSIR NET is
1- UGC NET exam is conducted for Adult Education, Continuing Education, Andragogy, Non-Formal Education, Forensic Science, Law, Mass Communication and Journalism, Philosophy, Sanskrit, Tourism, Administration, and Management. Eligibility Criteria for UGC NET:
Master's Degree or equivalent with minimum 55 percent marks for open category and 50 percent for SC, ST, PwD, and Transgender applicants. Age Limit: 31 years for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). There is no age limit for Assistant Professorship. Nationality: Indian
Subject Eligibility: Subject of your Post-Graduation.
