You don't need to opt for CAT exam if you want to study law further. After completion of 12th, if you are thinking for law, you may take admission in law school or private university for integrated course BALLB/BBA LLB. It depends that you are want a top law school then you need to sit for CLAT which will be conducted in the month of May. Apply for it and start preparing now to get into National Law University. The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for BCA course is that you must have completed HSC (+2) examination or equivalent (Diploma degree) with a minimum of 50% marks in total and also having mathematics as a subject in the qualifying examination.
