For the students who wants to study at the Technological University of the Shannon, the Student visa can take up to 6 to 12 weeks. However, students can also apply for a long term visa application for a study visa in Ireland for at least three months before their planned arrival for TUS admission.

No, the students are not allowed to apply for the multiple courses on the application portal of the Technological University of the Shannon, as per the policy of the university. Students can select only one course under one profile at the time of the application procedure. However, students can change their course before their arrival at the university if they fall under the eligibility criteria of the selected department of the study and fulfil other necessary documents for the same.

Yes, students studying at TUS can work part time during their studies. However, to work along the studies, international students need a valid permit (Stamp 2 permission) which will allow them to work upto 20 hours while studying. This duration can extend up to 40 hours a week during June, July, August, September and even January and December.

No, TUS does not provide any accommodation facility to their students; however, they have partnered with other providers to help the students who are seeking a comfortable and convenient staying option during their time of studies. Also, to reduce the cost of living, many students rent the housing in groups to manage the expense and have split bills for the housing.

The fee structure for the Master of Business Administration course at the Technological University of the Shannon is EUR 20,500 (INR 18.2L) for international students for the 2025-2026 annual year. The fees may include the additional charges of the course.

Moreover, for the undergraduate applicants, the tuition fees are EUR 13,500 (INR 12 L) and for the higher programs such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing the tuition fees for the international students is EUR 18,500 (INR 16.4 L) for the 2025- 2026 session.
