Mahindra Ecole Centrale is a private engineering institute located in Bahadurpally near Hyderabad, Telangana. It is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. It was established in the year 2013.
It is almost a new college so the placement stats may not be very much satisfying, but it is improving a lot and it will definitely grow in coming years.

Usually civil engineering students go for a masters degree or a Ph.D. program. Many of them get admits into various abroad universities. This is the trend I have mostly observed among my seniors. As per my knowledge very few core civil companies visit our college NITK, Surathkal. Some of them include L&T, BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) and the pay offered by BPCL is really good considering the fact that it is a PSU and hence includes more benefits. Apart from these core companies data analytic profile and management profile are offered by various other companies. Quantiphi analytics, Thorogood, ZS Associates, i3 consulting and many more are open to civil students in NITK.

Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state level entrance examination for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad conducted the TS EAMCET 2017 exam on the month of May. Eligibility criteria is specified by JNTUH regarding age, education, marks obtained in qualifying examination, etc for candidates to appear for the EAMCET exam. Aspirants, who meet the eligibility requirement will be able to give entrance test for admissions to UG course offered by the participating college of TS EAMCET. Yes, a student who is Indian Nationals/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder student can appear in the exam having 16 year above at the time of form filling. Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) but there is no category for other state students. So for all the students of other states, they need to score more than 45% in their qualifying exam.
Again here also reservation makes competition really tough.
