As you are doing Diploma in computer science engineering, you can surely take lateral entry admission in any college you want in Hyderabad for B.Tech.
For admission in B.Tech, you have to give an exam after the completion of diploma which is Telangana state Engineering common Entrance Test. By giving the exam, you are eligible for the admission in any college in Hyderabad.
