There is no mandate to have work experience for admission in an IIM. However, during placements, a candidate with work experience lands up with a better package than a fresher. Having a work ex of 1-2 years is enough.

You have few colleges performing really good in Telangana. You can consider taking admission in following mentioned colleges as they are good at placement records as well as rankings from industry. My recommendation is to go for Jims-Kalkaji, the reason being Good placements, Industry Exposer, Faculties and other opportunities such as foreign study tours etc.
not so expensive as well if you compare with all other colleges which you have mentioned and placements are comparatively good than other colleges.
