I am assuming you mean NSIT. Although I hardly have any idea about the Telangana board, 98% seems quite a decent score. I think you can get CS in NSIT and if you are from Delhi, it would be a lot better.

Getting in government colleges with this score would be little difficult as their cut-off is little high.There are some premier private institutions that are doing equally good as them .They along with assured placements provides a stage where one can implement technical skills in his projects and research. Both options of BITS Hyderabad BTech CS and IIST BTech Aerospace are equally excellent options. You can chose any based on your interest to excel. (Lot of student do CS but rare prefer Aerospace. Why do not you try to be different? ).
