No, there will be no chance in LNMIIT but you can try for NIRMA. There might be a chance for you to get some branch.

LNMIIT, Jaipur is better for CSE but you had scored pretty good marks you can try for some other good NITs like NITs in Jaipur, Allahabad, Jabalpur you may not get CSE here but for other branches also they are extremely good college.

It depends on your options, LNMIIT as a college is a good college but mechanical as a branch was introduced very recently, although it is growing at a rapid rate. We have established societies for mechanical students like ASME and LNMIIT was also the host for recent ASME E-fest Asia Pacific. Placement-wise the statistics aren't available but it was not good this year only 5-10 student selected for core branch.
If although you have some other options where the branch is more established then you should go for them.

CCE branch is good enough because it is a combo of both electronics and computer science and gives you a better understanding of both the branches. The difference between CCE and IT is that it contains only computer-related topics, not electronics related.

If you think that fees are not affordable, even if you take education loan, then you should go to any other college. As you cannot perform well due to load of fees, or if you belong to BPL category, then you can get 100% scholarship on tuition fee.
