Sri Venkateswara Medical College is a Government medical college in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.The College is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences.

It offers undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MD/MS) programs in various medical specialties.

Eligibility for admission:-

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks (for general category candidates) and 40% marks (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) in aggregate.

• For Government only students having a domicile of Andhra Pradesh will be able to participate. For Private medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh, both domicile and Non-domicile students can participate.

• NEET UG exam: Candidates must have appeared and qualified for the NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

• Online application process: Candidates need to apply online through the official website of NTRUHS. 

• Merit list: NTRUHS prepares the merit list based on the NEET UG score, and candidates are called for counseling rounds based on their merit rank.

• Counseling process: Counseling is conducted online in multiple rounds, where candidates have to select their preferred college and course. The allotment of seats is done based on the candidate's merit rank and preferences.

• Seat confirmation and admission: Candidates who are allotted seats need to pay the requisite amount to the university online before reporting to the respective college to confirm their admission by submitting the required documents and paying the admission fees.
