Hello,Both are pretty renowned. I would suggest, you ask the current and/or ex-students of these classes for more valuable insights. From what I've heard, the study material provided by TIME is pretty exhaustive and valuable.

Hi Swanand Kale,
As per the reviews from the people who have appeared for the exam earlier, I have understood that the best way to study for this section is to read as much newspaper as you can. That's the best way to gain knowledge about GK. You may also follow http://yojana.gov.in/ and other government magazines. Also, be updated with one regular and one international newspaper. That's the best way to prepare.

You can start by preparing GK, which is the largest portion in the exam and Quantitative Aptitude from RS Agarwal Book of Quants. For English, you need to read newspapers regularly and prepare vocabulary from the book named "Word Power Made Easy".
These will be good enough.
