Hi Urvil, yes you can. You must have a very good SAT score. Very good SOP and LORs will also be required. They will check your overall application package so give your best shot.

American Universities don't see only SAT and TOEFL scores. They are interested in whole personality. They see your academic record, extracurricular activities, essay SAT and TOEFL score. You have to do your best in all in these factor.

Yes, you need to submit TOEFL scores even if you have studied in English medium in India.

Hi Mustafa, its better you email them and ask. Its a university related question and all such matters must be clarified directly from the university. Drop them an email, they will respond. If they are flexible they will allow you to submit the form but it won't be evaluated till you submit your transcripts and TOEFL score. Check if you can submit marksheets for now.

Hi Bharath, GRE is not mandatory to study in Germany but you must take the IELTS. Some universities may also ask for German language proficiency. Please check university websites for university specific admission requirements, every university has different requirements. You must additionally have very good academic grades for German universities to accept you.

They will consider you if you clear your SAT and TOEFL. If you are confused you can apply towards what is called and undeclared major in USA. You can apply to a Bachelor's degree but not declaring any specific concentration or specialization. You can later choose after you have explored the courses, subjects and also you will know your aptitude an interest. This will also depend on your test scores and academic performance. You don't need GRE to study Bachelor's degree. You will need SAT and TOEFL to study in USA. Your percentage is very less for Canada. So, I doubt if applying to Canada is good or not. For UK and Australia, take IELTS instead of TOEFL. I hope you understood that different countries have different requirements. You have to check the university's website for the admission requirements, etc. before applying.
