They will consider you if you clear your SAT and TOEFL. If you are confused you can apply towards what is called and undeclared major in USA. You can apply to a Bachelor's degree but not declaring any specific concentration or specialization. You can later choose after you have explored the courses, subjects and also you will know your aptitude an interest. This will also depend on your test scores and academic performance. The universities have specific academic counselors who will guide you. As of now you have to work very hard on your SAT and TOEFL so that you get admission. You don't need GRE to study Bachelor's degree. You will need SAT and TOEFL to study in USA. Your percentage is very less for Canada. So, I doubt if applying to Canada is good or not. For UK and Australia, take IELTS instead of TOEFL. I hope you understood that different countries have different requirements. You have to check the university's website for the admission requirements, etc. before applying.
