TOEFL Exam Dates March 2024

• For the TOEFL iBT test in March, available dates include 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27. 
• For the TOEFL Home Edition Test in March, available dates include 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31.
• TOEFL Test on Paper has been discontinued.

Please note that dates mentioned are subject to availability/ change. Candidates are advised to check the dates with the test center or on the official website before TOEFL registration. 

Unlike the scheduled dates for test centers, the TOEFL Home Edition offers greater flexibility. Candidates can choose their preferred date and time when booking their test, providing a personalized testing experience. If you are an Indian student and proficient in English language then appear for GRE exam first and then IELTS or TOEFL exam. Now, if you find it difficult to communicate in English then try to prepare for TOEFL or IELTS exam first. This preparation will help you in verbal section of Graduate Record Examinations.

A score of 85 on TOEFL is good to go, and you can be admitted to some top universities abroad. However, note that the TOEFL score requirement differs for various courses and universities. Singapore universities ask for a TOEFL iBT score of 85-100 on 120. Master of Business Administration requires international students to have a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 86, whereas a Bachelor in Data Science requires them to have a score of 74 to enroll and apply to JCUS.

No, the TOEFL Paper Edition test is no longer available in India, or anywhere else, as it was officially discontinued by ETS two years ago. Currently TOEFL iBT is only available in India in both home and test centre mode.

TOEFL test takers who encounter any sort of technical glitch during the TOEFL exam should ideally raise their hand immediately to inform the test administrator. They will assess the situation and provide instructions or assistance depending on the nature of the issue. If the issue significantly disrupts the candidate's test, they may be eligible for a retest or score cancellation.

Yes, strict restrictions apply. TOEFL test takers cannot bring:

1. Electronic devices (phones, laptops, calculators, watches)
2. Books, notes, study materials
3. Food or drinks
4. Bags (except transparent zip-lock bags for approved medications)
5. Sharpeners, pens (only provided pencils and erasers allowed)

The Original Passport is the only accepted ID for TOEFL iBT test for Indians. You cannot use Aadhar card, PAN card, or Driving License. If you do not bring your physical passport, they will not let you sit for the exam and you will lose your money.

In most cases, TOEFL test takers who arrive late to their designated TOEFL test centre will be barred from taking the TOEFL test. Aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before the test start time for registration and security checks. If unavoidable delays occur, immediately inform the test center staff upon arrival. They will assess the situation and determine if late entry is possible, which might involve missing initial instructions or sections.
