It is impossible to get admission in Trichy SRM Medical College under the state quota for MBBS with NEET score of 355 because the cutoffs are higher. There is no direct admission for an MBBS seat, You have to clear the NEET with relevant cutoffs and In the 12th you have to score the subjects with a minimum of 50% on Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This method is strictly followed for admission. The cutoff required: OC - 555, BC - 376, MBC - 521, SC - 436. The fees per year will be around 4.5 lakhs. Thus Preparing for the exam to achieve relevant cutoffs is the best way to get admission to SRM Medical College Trichy.

The college also provides in campus internship which is rare in private medical colleges .
