First thing what matters is interest. If you are a tech savvy person who loves to explore how computer languages can revolutionize the world, go for CS and if you have great spatial ability, aesthetic sense and keen observation, B.Arch is the call for u.
Secondly, CS already is flooded with many engineers and until u r great at it, the average salary won't be much. With B. Arch you will be placed directly after 5 years course.
Make a call as per Your interests and abilities.

Suratkal. From all that I have gathered from my friends the courses offered are better there. But I would suggest you look up the courses offered in the official website and then decide. Your requirements may suit some other NIT. Yet the second option should be Trichy.
