TS ECET Application Form 2025 (OVER): Steps to Fill Form, Registration, Documents Required, Fees

Candidates were advised to keep the following documents and information ready before filling out the TS ECET 2025 application form.

• Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination (Diploma / Degree)
• Marks Memo./ Hall ticket number of Diploma / Degree
• Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority / SSC or Equivalent Certificate)
• Hall ticket No. of SSC or Equivalent examination Certificate
• Local Status (OU/AU/SVU/ Non-local)
• The local candidate certificate issued by MRO or the competent authority
• The income of parents (Below 1 lakh / 1 lakh and above-below 2 lakhs / 2 lakhs and above
• The Income certificate issued by a competent authority for the reserved Category
• The Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority
• Special Category (NCC, PH, Sports, CAP, etc.)
• The Certificate issued by the competent authority
• Recent passport size colour photograph (maximum size 50KB, jpg/jpeg)
• Signature of the candidate (maximum size 30KB, jpg.jpeg)
• Test Center to which candidate wishes to appear for the TS ECET-2025 examination
• Gender (Male / Female / Transgender)
• Community (SC/ST/BC/ Others), Minority Status (Non-Minority/Minority)
• Mobile Number
• Place where Studied Diploma/Graduation Corporation/Municipality/Rural areas

Osmania University, on behalf of TSCHE, released the TS ECET 2025 application form at the official website. The candidates could follow the given steps to fill out the TS ECET application form 2025. 

Step 1 - Payment of Application Fee

In the first step, the candidates had to go to the official website and click on 'Application Fee Payment'. The required details had to be entered, and the fee had to be paid online (net banking/credit card/debit card). After the payment was done, the payment reference ID was reflected on the screen.

Step 2 - Filling out the Application Form

In the next step, the candidates were able to proceed to fill out the TS ECET 2025 application form with the required personal, academic and contact details. All of the details had to be valid in nature. Four regional exam centres in order of preference also had to be selected by the candidates.

Step 3 - Uploading of Document

Candidates had to upload their scanned photographs and signatures as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities. 

Step 4 - Submission of Application Form

After confirming the filled application form, the candidates had to submit it and print it out for future use.

• TS ECET 2025 application fee could be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates were able to pay their application fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, Internet Banking and TSOnline/APOnline centres
• The application fee for the TS ECET 2025 was non-refundable.

Osmania University, on behalf of TSCHE, provided the TS ECET 2025 application form correction facility from April 28 to May 2. Registered candidates were able to access the TS ECET application form 2025 to edit/correct their previously submitted details. After the final date, the authorities did not accept any requests for correction in the TS ECET application form. 

Steps to Access the TS ECET Application Correction Facility 2025

Candidates could follow the given steps to access the TS ECET application form 2025.

• Go to TS ECET official website - ecet.tsche.in 2025.
• Click on the correction facility link.
• Candidates had to provide their registration number, payment reference ID, qualifying examination hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth.
• Click on 'Login'.
• The details that need to be corrected could be edited and submitted.
