In case of admission under the result of Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) the entry is not through any such rank system as in the entrance exams. Admission to intermediate colleges (11 th and 12 th grade) usually needs successful completion of the SSC (Class 10) examination instead. To get into professional courses (such as Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy) your TSBIE marks are important to take the entrance examinations such as TS EAMCET/ NEET/ JEE Main and ranks thus obtained are what allow you to be admitted to those professional colleges. Like last year, the Board may choose not to release the toppers list along with the TS Intermediate result 2026 to avoid unhealthy competition. However, in case the board releases the TSBIE toppers list, students will be able to check the same on the page below:

Yes, the IIM accepts students who have secured 60% marks in the TSBIE examinations for admission to its undergraduate programs. The general eligibility criteria for UG courses at IIMMC requires candidates to have passed their 12th standard examinations with a minimum aggregate of 40% marks.

First of all, if you have taken any coaching classes, so try to complete your syllabus with classes and if you are doing it online, so complete all the lectures before pre- boards, as it will help you to have multiple revisions before final exams. After revising syllabus two times, try to go through sample papers specilaly for maths, English, accounts, physics etc. (As per my advice, do for each subjects). Some of don'ts I can share are :
Don't let any backlog with you, solve each doubt after every chapter with your teacher or classmates.
Solve sample papers for sure, don't wait for completing syllabus first.

Marking done by Telangana Board is fair and lenient. After the evaluators are done with the checking, the answer sheet goes for another round of random checking by the supervisor, to ensure it's fairness.
Thus, students must not worry about the strict/lenient checking by the evaluators and focus on completing their syllabus and ensuring that their preparataion strategy is on point so that they do not have to worry about the checking

TS intermediate exams 2026 are conducted between February 26 and March 18, 2026 in pen and paper format. Students need to collect their hall tickets from their school and carry it on all exam days.
No student is allowed to write the exam in case they forget to bring their hall ticket to the exam centre.

TS Inter exams 2026 will be held in pen and paper format between March 5 and 25, 2026.
To ace them, students should complete their TS inter syllabus 2026 and know exam pattern well. They should also solve and practice the TS inter sample papers 2026 and the previous years' ques papers.

The Ministry of Education has stated that Board exams will be held twice a year from the next academic year.
Telangana Education Board, however, has not released any official notification regarding the same. Once finalised, students will be able to retain their best score from the two exams.

TS Intermediate time table 2026 was out on December 22, 2025. The exams are held between February 25 and March 18, 2026 for both 1st and 2nd year in pen and paper format.
