The minimum requirement for admissions into a higher degree at BITS, Dubai is 60% marks. So, unfortunately, you are not eligible for admission. But, you can try for other higher institutions for pursuing your M.Tech.

If you really want to learn, then start learning cooking as basic, like which food you eat on regular basis try to learn that first, then slowly start watching YouTube channel for simple recipes and with the practice you will learn easily. And, if you want to learn it with the professional and want to get certificate, then you should join any certification course for cookery.
