Yes, you can apply for loan after admission. Bank will give the amount only college and hostel fees.

Dear Partha, according to me, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati is better for B.Tech (CSE) because of its better infrastructure, the latest syllabus, qualified teaching, high tech labs, etc.

For this college, the fee structure is 75-80k per year. Plus, the hostel and the mess charges in the hostel fees, it depends according to your room choice like single occupancy rooms double occupancy and the triple occupancy rooms.
