At GIBS Bangalore a lot of learning happens through group activities and projects. During my time there I worked on group projects where we divided the work among ourselves discussed ideas and helped each other whenever someone was stuck. Sometimes we also prepared presentations together so it was not just about finishing the project but also learning from how others approached the same topic.

I also found peer learning useful because everyone has a different way of thinking. While working with classmates we used to share ideas explain things to each other and sometimes even learn things from friends that were not clear in class. These group activities also helped me become more comfortable speaking and working with different people.

I studied at GIBS Bangalore, and one thing I found useful was the support available for internships, placements and skill development. Students get help with finding internship opportunities and preparing for placements through training, mock interviews, communication sessions and career guidance. There are also practical activities, projects and industry interactions that help build skills beyond regular classes.

 The GIBS Finishing School is another part of the programme that focuses on making students more confident and job-ready. For me, having this kind of support throughout the course made the transition from college to the corporate world much easier.
