Qualifying marks in each subject or we can say Passing marks in UGC NET Exam are 45% Marks for general candidates and 40% for reserved category.

General categorised students have to get 40 percentage marks and obc students are required 35 percentage.

Hi Varma the exam dates for pursuing UGC NET examination after M.Com will begin from june 2023. There will be three exams in this year. In February, june and in December this year. So try harder to get admitted.

Yes, a master's degree holder with at least a 55% overall grade point average is eligible to apply for the UGC NET Test. But, you must be certain about your subject in order to take this test, as the UGC NET Exam is given for a total of 81 disciplines. Just the internet modality is used to administer the exam. Candidates may submit applications for it twice a year, in June and December.

Applicants can also apply for the CSIR test if they are enrolled in an M.Sc. Programme. Applicants from any engineering or Science background who are willing to enrol in a Ph.D. or Ph.D. integrated programme are eligible to apply for the grant.

Yes, as a M.Com student, you can select commerce as your subject for UGC NET. The eligibility criteria for UGC NET is a Master's degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant subject or a related discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved category candidates). The National Testing Agency NTA has successfully conducted UGC NET December 2022, Phase-I for 57 subjects on 21, 22, 23 and 24 February 2023. The NTA is now conducting the UGC NET December 2022, Phase-II for 05 subjects at different Centres across the country on 28 February 2023, 01 and 02 March 2023.

No, candidates are advised to appear in the same or related subject of their post-graduation only. The exam is conducted for 81 subjects or specializations. Candidates can check the list of the subjects and can apply according to that.
