You can download the UGC NET 2024 syllabus for all subjects, including Architecture, from the official UGC NET website.
Please note that the UGC NET exam is divided into two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all candidates and focuses on teaching and research aptitude, reasoning ability, comprehension, and general awareness. Paper 2 is subject-specific and tests the candidates’ knowledge in their chosen subject.

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and/ or Assistant Professor, you have to give the UGC NET examination, conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) .
For UGC NET fees are as :-
- for general is rs 1150
- and for obc fee is rs 600.
- For sc\st \pwd fee is rs 325.
Eligibility for this is master's degree from a recognised university (with minimum of 55 % marks)
During registration, you have to choose 1 subject preference out of 83 total subjects.

A relaxation of five years in age criteria is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC and PwD. Women candidates of all categories are also given age relaxation. This means that the upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women candidates is 35 years if they apply for the role of JRF.
