Yes, UK has been one of the oldest and popular study abroad destinations among Indians. But if you are planning to work the idea may not work since the work permit options have become very strict.

You will find many options in UK, since you did your B.Com look for PG Diploma courses and not undergraduate courses for better prospects. You have to check college websites also for the entry requirements. As an international applicant you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements.

Hi Akshay,
For MBA outside India you must have work experience, without work experience you must either be academically very strong or you will get tier 3 colleges, so you have to make a choice. See here for options and make a decision, or opt for PGDM or MS Management, otherwise gain some experience and later apply for MBA.

Yes, absolutely you need an excellent managerial post-graduation work experience (at least 2-3 years) to apply for university in UK particularly London Business School. This work experience should not include your internship months.

Of course, you can study engineering abroad. But it's after class 12th and you need to have a good score in the exam. So, study hard. Also, I would advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students abroad for undergraduate studies. They will guide you better.

Hi Laxman,
To study Bachelor's degree anywhere in the world, it is very important that you pass 10+2. And yes, of course, the 10th and 10+2 marks matter and they could be the only thing that can matter. But different universities have different requirements. Some universities are more competitive and some are less competitive. Check University of Naples, Scuola Politecnica di Design SPD and also check this:

Yes, it matters. But also it depends on the university how strictly it checks the backlogs and how much weightage they give. Your final scores will also be checked and that is more important. Canada is difficult, they don't accept backlogs, not upto 11. You check options in Europe. A strong SOP and good LORs are recommended.
