Hello Anurag,
As a study option it is a good choice but UK has tight rules for international students with regards to job. So, you must be careful when you apply to an institution or college. Be informed about the career services they provide, internship opportunities, training etc. Look for jobs outside the UK and keep options open that is don't keep your options limited only to UK.

Dear Vinod, Not very sure, I feel it is equally better to do it from India and then do your further certifications from UK once you have the minimum work experience required for the same as this is what has been done by most of the people i know. Employment opportunities are fair for this line of work.

Hello Arpit, preference is always given to candidates with significant work experience. The top Harvard, Stanford, MIT do consider freshers and you must be aware how competitive they are. You must thoroughly check the university websites and even write to them for your query. Go through Financial Times MBA Ranking.
