First, you need to decide what to study and you can check for university and program requirements. You can take IELTS and a score 6.5 band and above for most universities. The work options after graduation in UK is very limited for international students.

Hi Andrin,
A few program recommendation includes:
1. M.Sc computer animation.
2. M.Sc digital design and interactive built environments.
3. Master of science in computer animation and visual effects.
4. MA graphic design.
UK is a good option, but if you are planning to gain work experience, the options are limited. You can also check Ireland, Canada and Australia.

Kindly, go through this link, I hope it helps, being a commerce graduate, I suggest that you opt for an MBA instead of an M.Com, as MBA has more value than M.Com.
Wish you luck.

I would suggest you do MS in the same line and choose a specialisation in which you are interested. While selecting the course and university, you can select the college which offer you an internship at the end of the course.
This will increase your chances of getting employed in the same firm, where you will do your internship as you already have 2 years of experience and if you perform well during the internship. It helps if your 2 year experience is with a known company and yes, IELTS and your academic scores are enough.
All the best.
