It will depend on the diploma. Generally, most universities require an application to be made through UCAS which allows you to apply to up to 5 universities across the UK. The UCAS website features a lot of useful information for International students so I recommend that you take a look. For most UK universities you will need a UKVI IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 plus your previous academic transcripts, references and a personal statement.
There is an option of making your application through an education agent, most UK universities work with education agents and you should be able to find which one on the university websites. The agents can help with applications, follow up and visas.

Bournemouth is one of the best in UK. Otherwise you can look at Teesside, Hertfordshire etc. Do make a good portfolio before you approach a college. Studying abroad in Programming/ Animation/ Design is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works.
If you're still searching you can look at studying for a job oriented diploma at a leading school in Canada. If you want advice on that I can guide you and put you across to the best schools with a scholarship if possible, but for that I'd need to mentor you to develop the right portfolio. Some of the students I have guided are studying at Sheridan, VFS, Emily Carr, Bournemouth etc. and some with very good scholarships of course.
VFS has a very good Placement into the top companies and studios. You can call me and discuss if you like since I am also an advisor and portfolio guide for some of them. However, these schools look for a good portfolio in concepts/ programming/ drawing/ animation the most, and some areas can make do with a digital portfolio if good. You would need someone to take you through this since if the portfolio is rejected you would spend another year remaking it. It takes around a year to get a good portfolio in place unless you are very talented.

Ethical hacking is indeed good career option, to anyone who has the zeal towards it. Everything about IT is evolving and competitive. The Whole IT industry evolves every 5 years approx., New language/new approach /new framework/new concepts/new gadgets etc., etc.,
It is a good paying industry, that too the current trend shows the growth in the need of security professionals across the globe, because people have started realizing the importance of cyber threats and importance of information security, and this will keep more evolving too.
Future proof is subjective, because this industry keeps evolving one should be able to follow up and keep up with it, the current threats would have been evolved into different threats in future,

Almost all good universities will require you to have atleast 2 or 3 years work experience. Some universities require 2 years while some ask for 3 years professional experience. In UK yes majority of the business schools require 3 years full time work experience. Few schools are available admitting students not having work experience such as ardiff University , University of Wales-Newport, Liverpool John Moores University, University of Aberdeen, Holborn College, West London College.Please visit the college websites for admission details and updates.
However it is always recommended that students gain some practical experience - this will help you understand the MBA programme and job prospects after MBA will be better.
