You have not mentioned whether you are looking for a master or bachelor degree which could have been slightly better for me while giving you possible options. Certain universities are best for masters and some are famous for their bachelor degree programmes.
Germany is by far, the best country for the field of study you are interested in. Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Esslingen and Westachsische Hochschule Zwickau University of Applied Sciences are amongst the best in Europe. With a previous Law degree you can pursue your LLM or even Sports Law from United Kingdom. As an International student you must give the IELTS. Some of the universities offering this specialization (Sports Law) are:
1. Nottingham Trent University.
2. University of London and
3. Staffordshire University.
Alternatively, you may pursue:
1. Masters in Human Rights.
2. Master in Management.
3. Master in International Business.
4. LLM (International Law, Corporate Law, Environmental Law) and so on.

Hi Kalpana,
Scottish universities have higher fee structures compared to rest of UK. So if you look from the tuition fee point of view Ireland is cheaper. Also, duration of most programmes are longer compared to the rest of the UK, hence estimated budget will be higher.

SELT is a a term used by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for the accepted English language tests as a proof of English Language proficiency. IELTS is recognized as SELT. So you must give IELTS as SELT is not a test but a term used for accepted tests for UK visa. SELT stands for Secure English Language Test.

Your grades are good enough but LSE is one of the toughest schools to get into. As an international student, you must give GRE and must also have a valid IELTS score. Your admissions will be done only on merit. So a competitive GRE score is required. For more details on GRE scores and accepted scores, please write to the university.
LSE do not have a deadline. Admissions are done on a rolling basis that is they will admit you if they have seats and until and unless seats are filled up admission will continue. However they do have a class start date. Hence, always communicate with the university as this will also help you in the
