Both have its unique perks. MCK is one of those rare colleges in calcutta where student political involvement is minimal. You won't find any political party interfering with college procedures. It's a 180 year old college with a huge alumni network. Also, you will get state quota of 50% reservation ( unlike AIIMS. ). AIIMS Patna may be a new college but it's AIIMS. It will be great to apply for foreign colleges. Also centrally aided institutes are very well funded, having top notch infrastructure and recognised abroad. You won't get such infrastructure in MCK. You need not worry about cases since you won't understand much the first two

No, without taking an entrance exam, you might not be eligible for admission to the University College of Medical Sciences.
The University College of Medical Sciences is affiliated with Delhi University and is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
