The annual intake of the college is 170 for MBBS programme. Candidates must crack the NEET exam to score a MBBS seat in UCMS. Candidates must check out the NEET syllubus to prepare for the exam. However, before applying candidates must qualify the MBBS eligibility criteria: twelve years of school education with 50% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology)

University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi accepts NEET UG scores for admission to the MBBS course followed by the NEET Counselling. According to the cutoff 2023, the closing ranks for NEET UG after Round 3 of Seat Allotment was 559 for General category students. For OBC, it was 1370, for SC it was 3345, for ST it was 6716, for PwD 50936 and for EWS it was 440. Candidate with a valid score of 2952 can get a seat in UCMS apart from the General and OBC category for All India Quota. As the cutoff for the mentioned categories is more than 2952, candidate belonging to the remaining category will stand a chance for admission
