Yes, it is normally permissible to pursue a dual degree at UIET(University Institute of Engineering and technology) , Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), with one online degree and other offline.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) which allows students to pursue two degrees simultaneously, one in regular (Offline) mode and other in distance or online mode.
UGC new 2025 policy has officially allowing dual degree now.

As of now, the GATE 2023 cutoff scores for M.Tech programs at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak have not been officially released. This fee range is different according to Specialization in B.Tech duration 4 years;
Civil engineering fees: INR 2.20 LPA,
Mechanical Engineering fees: INR 3.12 LPA,
AI and ML fees: INR 3.58 LPA,
Computer Science fees: INR 5 LPA.

This college is excellent and the teachers are supportive and environment is very friendly. Placements admission eligibility criteria for b.tech cs at MDU is around 40to60%.the package is around 2.5 To 4 lacs. The college provide the best placement facility
