University of Agricultural Sciences Bangalore has a placement cell. UAS Bangalore placement cell helps in the placement of the final-year students and provides placement training throughout the year.The placement cell functions under Dean (Student Welfare). It has been established for arranging frequent Institute-Industry interface for career counseling and placement of outgoing students in the jobs of their choice. A WhatsApp Group for Placement Cell has been created, job notifications are also available on the University website to assist the students with information regarding job opportunities. As per 2022 batch of UAS the median package was 5 LPA for B.Tech and 7.5 LPA for P.G courses.The median package offered to BTech students in 2022 increased by almost 11% when compared with 2021

The Foriegn student have to fill in the form on the offical website and contact officals of the university through contact gateway.The University also admits foreign students for both UG and PG Programmes. The University has redeployment / assigning additional assignment to faculty as Foreign Student Advisor and Assist Foreign Student Advisor under Dean Student Welfare to facilitate their admission, stay on the campus and their welfare with nominated faculty to perform the defined activities of the cell

Yes they do.
The University admits students to Bachelor’s degree programmes through KEA-CET by following the Government of Karnataka / ICAR guidelines/norms/roaster. The University has reserved 40 per cent of seats to children of Agriculturists. As per the ICAR direction, 15 per cent of the seats are reserved for ICAR-NTS candidates. "The University also admits foreign students for 5 per cent and NRI students for 10 per cent of the intake. The prescribed qualification is 10+2 with PCMB combinations"

So as per their offical webiste the last date for admission was 29 may. Enrollments in UG courses will be offered through the KEA CET 2023 entrance exam at the University of Agricultural Sciences and the last day of submission was 12 may 2023.

There are many cultural events occur in University throughout the year, like Saraswati Puja, Holi Milan Samaroh, Sarhul, Foundation Day, Annual Sports Meet, Agro Tech Kisan Mela, Diwali Party, Christmas Gathering.Despite of these events many sports related activity like Volley ball match, basketball match, badminton competition, etc. as well as academic related activity like quiz competition, elocution competition, poster making, dance competition, slogan writing etc.always use to happen in UAS. So there are both north indian and south indian food available in the mess. The quality and taste of food is quite average. If I have to rate it out 10 then it will be like 7. But anyways its hygenic and eatable as we cannot expect home like taste everywhere.

Here are few points which I think can be helpful if you're starting a new phase of life as a first year student UAS.
• Stay calm and collected. It is very influencing to get swayed away with the overall buzz of Bangalore city.
• Make good friends and if possible make friends with the local students (it will be of great help).
• Have proper information about the College and the hostel facilities.
• Never ever skip the semester exams as it can be a huge burden to clear up the backlogs later on.
