To take admission to MS in CS of the University of Florida, the following requirements and documents must be provided:

  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with an undergraduate GPA of at least 3.3 / 4.0
  • GRE
  • IELTS (7.5) / TOEFL (Computer-Based: 213; Internet-Based: 90)
  • Statement of Purpose
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation

The minimum GPA requirements vary for different courses; however, the general GPA deemed acceptable for a chance at admissions is 3.7 on a 4.0 scale. This is not surprising since the Uni Florida acceptance rate is 24% per data curated from multiple unofficial sources.

Yes, the University of Florida requires a general GRE score. As per the department requirement, the following minimum scores must be there in GRE.

  • Verbal: 153
  • Quantitative: 155
  • Analytical Sections: 3.0

For freshman applicants, the University of Florida application fee is USD 30. To apply to the graduate programs of the University of Florida application fee is also USD 30. For the completion of the University of Florida application, the applicants must have the following materials:
