To get the Kansas University scholarships, international students are required to have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
The student will also have to be eligible for a full-time program at the University of Kansas. The scholarships are offered for the student's first UG degree or 8 enrollment semesters (whatever comes first).
It is possible for international students to make USD 64,000 (INR 57.8 L) in their KU career.

No UKansas is not at all hard to get into as the KU acceptance rate stands at 92.5% which means that of every 100 students who apply to the uni's admission process about 92 to 93 will be admitted to Kansas campus making the admission criteria of the university very non selective.
