Sorry to disappoint you my friend but it won't help much.
First of all for getting B Schools outside India you need minimum experience of around 5 years. Foreign B-Schools don't accept freshers. So first look into that. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is certifications for those who are looking to get into money/asset management. If you are looking to work as an equity research analyst of portfolio manager and other such jobs then CFA can help. But again there are 3 levels of CFA. For it to be of any use you need to clear at least two levels then only you would have enough knowledge to work as an equity research analyst or other such jobs. So CFA alone won't help.
If you are already in finance sector and trying to change job or climb up the ladder then it may be a bit helpful. They will give lot of experience to your job experience as such. So do thorough research of requirements of the top B-schools and then make a well informed decision. There is no point doing CFA just for sake of adding something to your resume.

Eligibility Criteria at admission in Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania for MBA is as follows:
(a) Graduation degree: 03 years Bachelors degree holders from India are eligible ford Wharton MBA program.
(b) Professional experience. Means, experience is of 5 years for 2016 batch.
(c) Statement of purpose
(d) Two letters of recommendation, preferably from supervisors or teacher in graduation degree.
(e) Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) or a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) that is not no more than five years old. Mean GMAT score was 730 for 2016 batch
(f) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE)
With just B.Sc degree you stand a very low probability to get admission in university. You may improve your profile to seek your chances in getting admission in university by either gaining managerial experience or higher studies with excellent academics records and something unique in your CV.

Hello Aanchal, depending on the level of study you intend to do, there are various programmes offered by UPenn. There is no straight answer to what is the best computer science course as all courses offered by UPenn are world-class. You must select the course which is best suited to you on the basis of your interests.
