 On-campus and off-campus housing both options are available to international students at the University of Pennsylvania. Most of undergraduate students live in university residences known as College Houses. On the other hand, some graduate students live on-campus in graduate residence halls, while others rent apartments and houses off-campus. Freshman undergraduates must live in university residences for the first year. However, the majority of other students are able to choose where they want to live. Some choose to live in the residences on campus, while others choose to live in the non-affiliated housing off-campus in neighborhoods that surround the campus. On-campus housing choices comprise single, double, and triple rooms and one- to four-bedroom apartments. 

The University of Pennsylvania urban campus is situated in the West Philadelphia neighborhood. It also maintains the 23-acre Pennovation Works campus in Grays Ferry, and sites in San Francisco, Washington D.C., and Beijing. It has 12 schools that offer undergraduate and graduate programs. These are the schools:

One of the most distinguished universities in the nation is UPenn, which is ranked eighth in U.S. News "Best National University Rankings." As a result, being accepted to UPenn is difficult. Getting accepted to UPenn is a difficult task with an acceptance rate of about 5.4%. Since over 90% of individuals admitted in each application cycle typically graduated in the top 10% of their high school class, those accepted are at the top of their game. You must achieve outstanding grades if you want to attend Penn. The GPA that admitted students have earned is roughly 3.9. Penn does consider your circumstances, so don't freak out too much over your test scores. The UPenn GPA requirement during your degree programme is a minimum of 2.0

A good command of the English language is required for better performance at Penn. To demonstrate English competence, applicants whose first language is not English must submit the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), International English Language Test System (IELTS), or Duolingo English Test (DET) scores.

 TOEFL scores of 100 (iBT), 250 (CBT), or 600 (PBT) are necessary for admissions consideration. ETS must send the TOEFL with the institutional code 2986.  A minimum IELTS score of 7 is required for consideration. Applicants may upload a copy of their IELTS test report to the application's standardised test score section. The minimal DET score to be considered is 120.

The University of Pennsylvania does not offer aid based on academic or athletic merit to its students. The highlights for financial aid at UPenn are given as follows:

• According to their policy, financial aid is mostly need-based which means that it will be based on the applicant's family's financial background. 
• The University of Pennsylvania has a goal of meeting 100% of a student's needs by offering them grants and work-study funds every year.
• International students who will receive financial aid will be supported by the university throughout their 4-year UG course if they have provided proof of more financial needs.
• International students can apply for financial aid only during their initial admission process as a freshman or transfer applicant.
