Essential Qualification: Graduates in Science/ Arts'/ Commerce/Management / Medical/ Engineering/ Law (5 year) / B.Tech / M.Tech and equivalent courses under 10+2+3 system or equivalent with 50% marks in Graduation/Post Graduation or in aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC).

West Bengal State University is the best in West Bengal is subjective and depends on various factors such as academic programs, faculty, research, and infrastructure. However, according to the 2024 rankings, several other universities in West Bengal are highly regarded. Yes, you can get into West Bengal State University with 70% in class 12th. The university's entry requirements state that for CBSE/CISCE/West Bengal State exam boards, an overall average grade of 80% is required, including a minimum of 70% in English and Maths. Additionally, the University of Surrey's entry requirements indicate that they are able to accept 70% in the 12th board exam from the CBSE/ISC boards and the West Bengal board.Therefore, a score of 70% in the class 12th exam is sufficient for admission to West Bengal State University. West Bengal State University admissions are conducted for the students on the basis of cut off declared by the institute. The institute accepts CAT scores for admission to the MBA programme every year. To check West Bengal State University cutoff 2023, a candidate can visit the Shiksha website. West Bengal University of animal and fishery sciences has placement rate of  100% and the top recruiters are Nestle, Amul, Mother Dairy.

Around 100% of students get placements in our college. The highest salary package offered is above 5 LPA and the lowest salary is Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Amul, GCMMF, Mother Dairy, Keventer, Parle, etc.

One of the University of the West of England admission requirements is meeting the English language proficiency requirements. So, studying at UWE Bristol requires international students to demonstrate their English is high enough for university studies. IELTS is the most common ELP test from all the ELP tests that students submit for entry into the degree courses of the university. Duolingo from the applicants of India are not accepted to the university.

As per some of the unofficial sources, the University of the West of England acceptance rate is around 57%. Looking at the acceptance rate, it can be said that the university is moderately selective when it comes to admissions. So, in order to take admission to UWE, have a good academic record and meet all the specified entry requirements. At the time of UWE admissions, for taking admission to undergraduate courses, the applicants are required to have a Class 12 qualification. The entry requirements for postgraduate courses varies as per the institution to institution and can be checked from the official website of the university.
