Great law college with supportive faculty, strong library, moot court practice, and good placements.
Placements: Placements are decent for a law college. Many students get internships and job offers in law firms, corporate offices, and with senior advocates. A good percentage of students manage placements through campus connections, especially in Kolkata-based firms. Average packages range from 3 to 4 LPA, with some students securing higher in corporate law roles. The college also guides students for judicial exams and higher studies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are spacious, and the library is one of the best parts, with a strong collection of law books, journals, and online resources. Moot court halls are well-maintained and give a real courtroom experience. Wi-Fi and computer facilities are available. Hostel facilities are okay, basic but manageable. Food quality in the mess is average. The campus is safe and green.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and experienced in different areas of law. They are supportive and help students prepare for moot courts, debates, and exams. The curriculum is as per university guidelines and covers practical as well as theoretical aspects. Exams are fair, and with regular study, students can perform well. Teachers also encourage participation in competitions and internships.
Other: The best part of Kingston Law College is the focus on practical exposure. Moot courts, internships, and legal workshops. If they could add more tie-ups with top corporate firms and improve hostel facilities, it would be even better.

Gobardanga Hindu College is good and very clean.
Placements: I am a B.A. 2nd year student of Gobardanga Hindu College. Almost 80% of students are placed in my course. The lowest package in this course is 3.5 LPA, and the highest package is up to 20 LPA. The percentage of students who got an internship from B.A. is very low. The top role offered in this course is IAS.
Infrastructure: Gobardanga Hindu College offers a wide range of undergraduate multidisciplinary programs, including B.A. General (3 year programme). In our college, you can get a good internet connection with Wi-Fi, nice labs, clean classrooms, and a big library. Our college has a good hostel and a canteen. You also get good quality food, etc.
Faculty: All the department teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Some of the teachers' teaching quality is very good, and some of them are average. The course curriculum is relevant, and if you go to college regularly, you can easily clear your semester.
Other: I chose this course because I needed a graduation certificate. The course is very easy. Every year, our college organizes a big singing event.

A suburban college where students meet nature.
Placements: In our college, the job drive programme is initiated to provide placements, but not from major companies. So, the packages provided through the job drive programme are not so good. There is an internship programme which is not offered by a company but initiated by an agency. The top roles offered in our course are teaching and internships in different companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library facilities are quite good. Also, the library is fitted with AC, PCs, and comfortable chairs. The hostel is previously opened but is currently under maintenance or not functional. There is an emergency room where medical facilities are available, and a sports ground is available. Every year, cricket and other sports tournaments are organized.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and extremely qualified to teach us every single topic brilliantly. The course curriculum is old but helps us understand different aspects of life. It is not industry ready. The semester exams are quite hard, and the passing percentage is quite good.
Other: I chose this course to take part in different competitive exams and explore different aspects of life. I wish my course to be industry ready. Events and fests are quite good. The college campus is quite good, but some classrooms are too small. Our college is a government college, that is why scholarship programs are diverse and excellent. Also, extracurricular activities like excursions and visiting scientific institutions or agricultural places are initiated here. Sampling, reports, and project work are done after these extracurricular activities.

Review of West Bengal State University.
Placements: About 70% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 2.7 LPA, and the lowest package is 1 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Bharat Biotech and Asian Paints. 5% of students got internships in Bharat Biotech. It provides a very crucial role in Biochemistry.
Infrastructure: The department has a central library and a beautiful lab facility with specialised equipment. It also provides hostel facilities for both girls and boys. In the canteen, many foods items are available. Medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is the best and punctual. Semester exams are for a 4-month gap. Overall, in exams, questions are moderate. The pass percentage is at least 30%. It also makes students industry-ready. The course curriculum is relevant.
Other: The university conducts extracurricular activities.

It is a good college with great infrastructure and the location is also good.
Placements: This college doesn't offer any placement. As it is a government-aided college and it is not a private college, it doesn't offer any placement to the academic students. But it has some career counselling programs. For this program, they took an amount of money.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was good. My department was Zoology. I used to go to college every day. We had air conditioners in our classrooms. We had 3 classrooms, and each had an air-conditioner. The library was also good. Various types of books were available in a quiet atmosphere.
Faculty: The faculty at this college was generally helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective fields. They were approachable and willing to support the students. Semester exams were moderately challenging. The students who attend every class would find the exams manageable.
Other: I've always liked Biology so I took Zoology.

My college is the best for everyone.
Placements: It is accountable but almost 70% of students are from different streams. 30,000 or above for B.A. course for all semesters. Mahindra, Tata, etc., companies offered us jobs. Not that much, some of us are selected by companies from college. Roles offered are supervisors, employee manager, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college are really impressive. Most impressive facility is education also. Every department has lots of impressive and good teachers. Library is also very good because we can find every subject book. We have no hostel but the canteen facility is good because it's very hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They give us everything that we need. They provide notes, questions, answers, and everything. Semester exams are pretty good. They are providing everything so we do not have to worry much. Passing percentage is very high. Almost 80% people qualified.
