Cut-off Marks would be somewhere around 130 for ST category students in the University of Hyderabad for M.Sc. Mathematics.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Statistics is completion of B.A. (Honors)/ B.Sc. (Honors) in Statistics or Mathematics or graduation in a related discipline from a recognised institute Mathematics and Statistics as main subjects at the level of graduation with minimum aggregate score of 60% at the level of graduation. Hence, B.Tech in EEE are not eligible for M.Sc Statistics.

Yes, you are eligible.
MCA Eligibility-
Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. BCA qualified candidates can also pursue MCA For admission procedure, fees etc. Please specify the college/university.

That's not possible. Candidate must have Mathematics as a main subject and studied as full papers in Higher Secondary (10 + 2) level is a mandatory prerequisite. First Class Bachelors degree with at least 60% marks in aggregate, in any discipline.
NIMCET 2018 scores in order of merit, will be the only criteria for admission
